Location, Location, Location

So its been awhile since I wrote anything on here, give a girl a break. I've been busy. Busy shopping for Christmas candy and sun tan lotion in the same aisle at the store, that was a bit weird. Sometimes the differences really hit me. The difference of living here, the way things have changed in the ways I didn't expect them too. The little things that occur to me. Today I realized that there is no longer a piece of furniture in my house that my husband purchased/picked out with his ex wife. I realized I can swim in my pool on Thanksgiving Day.
Things have changed a lot since the big move down here and I'll admit, not all for the better. I may live in paradise and I may act like I'm on vacation for a few hours daily, but just like vacation, the problems are still there. Unfortunatly the Florida sun isn't strong enough burn them away. Don't get me wrong, LIFE IS STILL BETTER IN KEY WEST, but like any project I take on it is never truly finished.
I love my job, but I still want to work harder to make it better. Make more money, have a better position, whatever.
I love my house, but it still needs a lot of work, tile around the pool, a cleaner yard, blah blah blah.
I love my husband, but he still doesn't know how to use a light switch, clean a bathroom or not be so fucking anal.
I love my best friend, but oh shit, she reads this, there is no need for improvement there ;) ha ha
Now that I think about it, things haven't really changed except now I have a great tan and less tan lines.
